Boyan Slat & the Ocean Cleanup -- Hanako

 

I am really impressed his idea. His idea is sustainable and efficient. 

I believe the factors of his achievement are his strong will for environmental protection and his ability to take action. Besides his flexible way of thinking is one of key point of this idea. I would never come up with this idea.

In my opinion, this project will succeed in the long run because the method of collecting plastic relies not on manual labour, but uses natural forces and AI, also, the collected plastics are being actively utilised (e.g. in high-end sunglasses).
